Tip # 1: Manage Your Time Better

1. Prioritize your time by rating tasks in the order of importance and urgency then direct additional time to activities that are most meaningful to you.

2. Deal with procrastination by using a day planner, breaking large projects into smaller ones, and setting short-term deadlines.

3. Keep a record of how you spend your time, including work, family, and leisure and make adjustments accordingly.

4. Save time by focusing, concentrating, and realizing when it's time to delegate responsibilities to others. 

5. Don't over or under commit yourself or commit to anything that's not important to you.

For the home, use a magnetic, dry erase calender that attaches to the front of your refrigerator. You should also utilize your cell phone’s accessories and applications, or other electronic devices to manage and organize your life while on the go. 

Tip # 4 When Finished With Something Put It Away 
Put everything back where it belongs and be done with it so you can move on, both physically and mentally, to the next task at hand.

Tip # 5 Work On The Habit of Neatness 
Remember where you put things. Forgetting is the most common way that can disorganize your life. Organization and neatness make you feel in control and more relaxed. Forming the habit of neatness will save you precious time and unnecessary frustration.

Have a piece of paper near you and write anything that you still have to do, make or get so that you wont forget it in the morning.

Get up at least 1 hour before you leave. This gives you ample time to have breakfast, shower, and anything else you need to do.

You may not realize this but in most instances our behavior and lifestyle choices greatly affect whether or not our life is balanced. To get things into perspective examine your beliefs to reduce conflict between the life you believe you live and the life you really live.
This does not bring balance directly to your life, but it can interfere with the way your body deals with stress in edition to other issues. If your perception is different from your reality try to:
- Balance your personal, work, and family needs according with your other obligations.
- Get to know yourself by spending some quality time with you'. This will help you to find your sense of purpose in life.
- Don't drink or smoke and make sure you get enough sleep. These are major stressors to your body and

Tip # 10 Make One Small Change Each Week 
Try to make one small change each week until new habits become second nature. If you need a different result to organize your life then you will need to break the old habit. Let the stuff that needs to be done repeatedly become habitual so you don’t have to give so much energy to it any more. When something becomes a habit, your subconscious mind is doing the work for you. You don’t have to do much about it. It will happen automatically and naturally.
