What is happening..? Dhaka city is becoming a dead zone!

Fire burned, smoke plumed. The odour of death stood. It was the old city humbled and scared as death counts from Thursday night's devastating fire at Nimtali were creeping up to 100. Private television stations put the figure of casualties at 100 dead and 150 severely wounded after a transformer exploded and sparked a blaze that raced through several apartment complexes, feeding on flammable chemicals and plastic goods in a string of small shops lining the street.

Although fires are common in Dhaka but analysts say this is the largest and most deadly for many years. Nimtoli district is crammed with buildings and roads are narrow, making access for the emergency services difficult. International Reporter says. Several buildings including a plastic factory at Kayettuli in Agamasi lane in Old Dhaka caught fire. Locals said the firefighters were late to arrive at the scene and that there was acute water crisis, factors that prevented the blaze from being doused.

The structure of building should be immediately changed..unless same incident will never stop.

I am mourn and shocked. I don’t want this incident once more.

May God bless those families who are lost their relatives. May God cure the affected people soon and less their pain.

My prayers remains with them..
