How to make “Rice pudding”

Ingredients:

1. Milk        4 liters

2. Perfumed Rice  250 grams

(You can find this in Indian or Bangladeshi shops named “kalijira”,"Bashmoti") 

3. Sugar     2 cups or according to your taste

4. Cardamon pods  6 pieces

5. Cloves        6 pieces

6. Cinnamon barks  4 sticks

7. Bay leaves    2/3 leaves

 

Method:

At first bring the milk in to boil.

Then wash the rice and put into the boiled milk and start staring the milk again and again in the whole cooking.

Put cardamon pods, cloves and cinnamon barks and bay leaves into the milk. When the rice pudding is getting almost thick then put the sugar in the milk and again continue the staring.

When the pudding is getting thick enough then it’s ready to serve.

You can use also almond, suffron, palm and rose water to make extra taste. When pudding is gettinf cold then it’s the best to taste.
